Fall Festival

Yesterday we got a chance to go to a fall festival and although it was still HOT out, Jonas had a great time and of course I have some pics to show you. Unfortunately, I won’t be posting a meal plan cause we were super busy this weekend and this week is going to be CRAZY. I am working the next couple of days and then I will be going on 2 field trips with Jonas’ school so stay tuned for more on that. I have also been spending most of my nights working on those big changes I talked about so lots of exciting stuff on the horizon…

Jonas’ first time in a bounce house (he was always freaked out by them) he has recently discovered jumping and he is LOVING it! I’m thinking trampoline for Christmas…

He cried when we took him away from this horse he was having so much fun petting him.

They had this really cool tree swing Jonas and his cousin LOVED it. Isn’t such a neat tree swing?!

Weekly Poll

So according to last weeks poll most of you would love to be filmed as long as they provide maid service! I would have to agree. It seems to me that jon & kate have been going on more and more vacations every season and I am guessing it can’t be cheap to take all those kids on vaca, if you know what I mean! I wouldn’t mind free vacations!!!!!

Anyway on to this weeks poll! I have been loving the weather lately. I love taking jonas to the park without sweating to death or needing sunscreen. I love light sweaters and wearing jeans with flip flops! I would have to say that fall is my FAVORITE season so I wondered what yours was….

About a week and half ago Chick-Fil-A was having a fall family fun night with free kids meals, ice cream, balloon animals all that fun stuff if you brought your kids in with their costumes. I thought it would be a fun time and a chance to get some extra use out his costume and to of course get some photos! The restaurant wasn’t the best spot for whipping out the camera for pictures so we went to a park afterwards to get a couple shots. My brother and sister in law and their little one Grace came with, so it was also a good chance for them to run around and wear themselves out a bit before bed time!

Fall spirit.

For some reason I have been so excited this year for the fall season! I got the decorations out early, I’ve been making the appropriate dishes and I have already been to 2 pumpkin patches so far and plan on hitting another one up at the end of the month! I am annoyed though that the weather down here is not cooperating. I know that living in Florida has some real perks AKA I’m not stuck indoors for several months with a toddler but I really hate not having a true fall. Of course it doesn’t help that everytime I log on to facebook someone else has posted a new photo album of “real” up north fall photos! Anyway I am doing my best to stay in the spirit despite the heat. I even made Jonas wear long pants to both pumpkin patches to make it at least look like it was cool out Here’s a couple pics of our fake fall visit to the pumpkin patch!
